The material is designed to be softened and shaped at low temperatures for easy application. Under normal room conditions, the functional positioning membrane remains solid and firm. At temperatures between 60-70°C, it becomes soft and moldable within 2-3 minutes, providing a pliable yet supportive structure.

Applications:

• Supports nasal stabilization following surgery.

How to Use:

1. Submerge the nasal splint in water heated to 70-75°C for 3-5 minutes.
2. Once the material is soft, dry it with a cloth.
3. Remove the adhesive layer and gently apply the splint to the nose.
4. The splint will harden and secure within 3 minutes.

Important Notes:

1. Avoid exposing the nasal splint to water above 80°C.
2. Do not leave the nasal splint in hot water for longer than 10 minutes.
3. Store the splint at room temperature.
