Order Processing and Handling Time
- All orders are processed within 3 business days after your payment has been confirmed. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods for your convenience:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after the order has been processed.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after the order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen delays with shipping carriers (such as holidays or weather conditions).
Shipping Fees and Free Shipping
For customers within India, we offer the following shipping options:
- Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over ₹500.
- Standard Shipping (for orders under ₹500): Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the order. Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (India): 5-7 business days after the order is processed.
- Express Shipping (India): 2-3 business days after the order is processed.
Delivery times may vary based on your location, holidays, or unforeseen delays from the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and costs will vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at Info@nareseal.com. We will assist in tracking down your package. If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will either offer a replacement or a full refund.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Remote or restricted locations may experience longer delivery times.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at Info@Nareseal.com or +91-9311579758. We will update the address if the order hasn’t been processed. If it has already shipped, you may need to bear additional costs for redirection.
